Egypt Shipping
We offer delivery within Egypt.

International Shipping
HOT LIPS offers international shipping to eligible destinations.

Certain destinations may be unavailable due to shipping restrictions, customs requirements, operational limitations, or other applicable restrictions.
Restricted or unavailable destinations: For operational, safety, customs, or courier-related reasons, we may be unable to ship to certain destinations, including areas affected by armed conflict, significant security risks, or shipping restrictions.

HOT LIPS cannot guarantee customs clearance or control decisions made by destination-country authorities.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately at info@hotlipss.com.
If the order has already been shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customerโs responsibility where applicable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@hotlipss.com.
For damaged deliveries, please retain the original packaging and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the package
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Shipping label, where applicable
- Any other information reasonably requested by HOT LIPS

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, coordinate with the relevant delivery provider.
